The website https://maslogistics.it and the material on it are provided by Mas Logistics srl (hereinafter the Data Controller or even just the Data Controller), which carries out its activities in accordance with the provisions of national and European legislation, therefore in accordance with art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 Personal Data Protection Code and art. 13 GDPR 2016/679 European Data Protection Regulation.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The personal data processed are those provided by customers who are natural persons and by natural persons acting in the name and on behalf of customers who are legal persons, in their capacity as data subjects, when using the Website, visits, telephone calls, requests for information (including by email) and previous transactions.

The use of this Website by minors under 16 years of age is only permitted under the control of their parents or guardians.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Data processing for the aforementioned purposes shall take place using both automated methods, on electronic or magnetic media, and non-automated methods, on paper, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided for by law, the consequent regulations and internal provisions.

Without prejudice to the communications carried out in fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations, the personal data processed by the Data Controller shall not be disseminated, i.e. it shall not be disclosed to unspecified persons, in any possible form, including making them available or simply consulting them. Any internal and external appointees and/or managers identified in writing by the Data Controller may become aware of personal data to the extent strictly necessary for the purposes of processing orders or other requests or providing services relating to the transaction or contractual relationship in place. The Data Controller has provided them with specific written instructions.

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations.

By completing the contact form(s) on this Site with your personal data, you authorise the Data Controller to use this data to respond to enquiries, quotes or any other type of request as indicated by the header of the form.

SOCIAL

Some personal data may be collected through social media (Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Linkedin, Pinterest etc.), for example when we are contacted with questions. In this case, we only use the account data in order to be able to reply to the message received.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Data Controller stores and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the stated purposes. Thereafter, personal data will be stored, and not further processed, for as long as is stipulated by current civil and tax regulations.
