Design

A dedicated team of professionals will define together with you a design solution both in terms of warehouse layout and of processes ,in order to make the organization functional to your needs and to the managed sales channels, creating continuity within the downstream and upstream processes of the supply chain.

This phase is fundamental for us as it has a direct impact on warehouse efficiency and productivity, it optimizes space and access to goods, minimizes movement times and improves order fulfillment rates.


Management

By means of the information flows deriving from the interaction with your ERP, Mas Logisitics will be able to give full visibility to your supply chain, allowing complete tracking of finished goods from the moment they are available until they are picked and sent to customers.

Furthermore, through our semi-automatic warehouse, we guarantee high levels of performance on the units processed daily in receiving, storage, picking and packaging.


As for raw materials, for each type, prototype, sample and production we guarantee the management of the following activities:


Receiving goods

Acceptance
Of finished goods arriving from subcontractors;
Reading
the quantities received through barcodes or RFID;
Interchange
data with your ERP regarding the result of the incoming readings, highlighting any discrepancies;
Preferential flow management
for urgent arrivals;
Loading products
on handling units for the transfer of finished goods to the appropriate physical and logical area;
Operations
directed to the customer's ERP by Mas Logistics staff.

Goods storage

Handling
finished goods from the receiving area to the storage area through semi-automatic handling systems;
Storage of finished products
on special load units mapped within our WMS;
Box storage
customer, technical box or flow through;
Inventory alignment movements registration
to your ERP.

The picking activities, by virtue of the preparatory activities aimed at identifying the best warehouse layout and the most effective picking units, will enable our staff to manage your pickings with a high degree of efficiency (times and costs) and effectiveness (quality of sampling).

Reception of picking movements

with the most suitable picking method, (for single order, mass with subsequent sorting…)
Data exchange
with your ERP;
Performance control
achieved with respect to the agreed SLAs.


Customizations


Through our internal laboratory, we give companies the opportunity to customize the product after the picking phase, both based on the country of destination, or, in relation to the needs of the market, customer or product.

Our service includes adhesive label application, pendant replacement, stitched label application, edi labels application, hanger removal, etc.


Packing

Following the picking and possible customization activities, we proceed with the packaging of your products, using both standard sized boxes or customized according to your product. Our goal will be to make the best use of packaging space, to ensure a high load factor index, both in terms of packaging and shipping.

Our working cycle includes:

Insertion of products
inside standard or custom-made packaging chosen by your company;
Supplying
packing material
Determination
of the most suitable packaging box(es) based on the quantity and type of product to be shipped;
Insertion
of anti-theft cardboard sheets;
Closing and taping
the boxes with gummed paper through an automatic packing line;
Application
of overpack labels;
Generation
barcodes automatically for collection by the main shippers (DHL, UPS, TNT/FEDEX, etc…);
Application
of polyethylene film to improve the protection of your packaging;
Return
to your ERP of the final packaging result (number of boxes, type of boxes used, box code, number of items per box, etc.);
Print documentation
to attach to your shipment;
Booking
collections through your traditional carriers.

Controllo qualità

Grazie al nostro team specializzato, forniamo tutte le informazioni dettagliate sul livello qualitativo delle commesse di produzione o degli ordini di acquisto di prodotti finito.




Per mezzo della lettura delle vostre schede tecniche o visione dei capi campione, oppure, interagendo direttamente con i vostri sistemi informativi legati alla qualità vi metteremo in grado di:

  • Conoscere le quantità ricevute in un lotto di campionamento aventi difetti critici o lievi;
  • In base ai dati di campionamento, poter decidere se accettare o respingere l’intero lotto ricevuto. Il report di ispezione dichiarerà chiaramente se la produzione ha superato o meno il livello di tolleranza tramite tabella AQL, oppure per mezzo di vostre regole standard.
  • Poter aumentare il lotto di campionamento da supervisionare.
  • Poter destinare i vostri capi ad attività di riparazione oppure restituirli al vostro terzista o fornitore.

Per mezzo della lettura delle vostre schede tecniche o visione dei capi campione, oppure, interagendo direttamente con i vostri sistemi informativi legati alla qualità vi metteremo in grado di:

  • Conoscere le quantità ricevute in un lotto di campionamento aventi difetti critici o lievi;
  • In base ai dati di campionamento, poter decidere se accettare o respingere l’intero lotto ricevuto. Il report di ispezione dichiarerà chiaramente se la produzione ha superato o meno il livello di tolleranza tramite tabella AQL, oppure per mezzo di vostre regole standard.
  • Poter aumentare il lotto di campionamento da supervisionare.

Grazie alla nostra esperienza siamo in grado di poter ripristinare i vostri capi attraverso piccole riparazioni come smacchiature, stiro, sottopunti, rammendi, oppure, al ripristino vero e proprio di capi inizialmente identificati come fallati, recuperandone il valore.

 




Reverse logistics

Gestiamo tutti i resi in rientro dai vostri canali di distribuzione, sia dai punti vendita fisici che dalle vendite on line, con l’obiettivo di verificare nel minor tempo possibile lo stato dei prodotti resi ed eseguirne il loro ricondizionamento.

Per ogni prodotto/i restituiti procediamo a verificare l’esistenza di una vostra autorizzazione al reso, della congruità dei prodotti rientrati rispetto al dichiarato e all’inserimento dei dati definitivi emersi da nostro controllo con l’obiettivo di velocizzare le procedure di gestione del reso da parte del vostro Customer Service.
